What is an Escape Room?

Escape Rooms are fun, interactive experiences. (Key word: FUN!) Each room has it's own theme and it's own objective to successfully "escape". You have 1 hour to solve puzzles, search for keys and unlock things that will lead to your successful "escape".
Are we really "locked in" your escape rooms?

No!! You are NOT "locked in" our rooms. If you need to leave the room during your game, you may do so at any time. (Hope this helps for those of you who are claustrophobic!) Your safety is very important to us!
Are we put in a room with other people?

No. Our rooms are totally private. Your group is the only one in the room while you are playing.
Who can play escape rooms?

Escape rooms are fun for all ages. We welcome all ages to play (however, we only charge for players who are age 10 and up)!!
Are the rooms scary?

No. All of our rooms are totally "family friendly". (with no scary elements or jump scares.)
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
